  • thanks, iffi - i am having same issue, using ms professional build 15.0.4927.1000, project online requires 15.0.9999.1000.  have you heard any resolution yet?  did your online admin lower the required minimum to what you have, and then you are ok?  Or is that another way of saying you must upgrade to ms project professional 2016?  thoughts? regards.  PMRob

  • Hi,

I tried to lower the version in PWA but it did not save the updates, niether i found professional client build/KB upto 15.0.9999.1000.

fortunately i managed it and found link:

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Project-Online-client-requirements-f18c4eea-ff7f-4c9d-888c-1829cc5124c0

    which says:

IMPORTANT: Project Professional 2013 connectivity to Project Online is no longer supported as of June 30, 2017. See Using Project Online? Time to be sure you upgrade the client software for details.

SO i download Project Professional 2016 from office.com, just logged into office.com and download project professional 2016 and good to go.

    Thanks.
