Since Windows 10 i can't access my network shares anymore RRS feed

  • Hi Community,

hope you girls and guys can help me:

I have a NAS from QNAP for all my Computers (not just windows), before Windows 10 i had Windows 8.1 and everything worked fine. But after the upgrade with the Media Creator Tool the network share is no longer accessable. Without Changing any settings on the NAS!

The DNS-Name of the QNAP NAS is NASDB3D3B so i deleted the network share and tried to recreate it. But the Device was not found. So i entered in Windows Explorer \\NASDB3D3B\ and got the Message that the device is not accessable.

I could ping the NAS and reach it over the HTTP-UI, so "no accessable" is not completly the case.

Did someone also had that problems after the Upgrade? What did Microsoft change in Windows 10?
