    please help me to block Bluetooth device by GPO. i have windows server 2008 R2.

    You mean your Active Directory server is Windows Server 2008 R2, and you would like to block Bluetooth device in your environment? (To my knowledge, Windows Server 2008 R2 does not have in-box support for Bluetooth wireless technology)
     
    We don't have the built-in Group Policy option to disable Bluetooth support. However, I think we can use Group Policy Preference to modify the represent registry key to disable the Bluetooth Support Service (BthServ), to block Bluetooth devices:
     
    key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\bthserv
    Value name: Start
    Value date: 4 (Disable)
