Too many Undelivered Messages

    Question

  • Dear All.

    I am getting too many undelivered emails to my account. It shows as if i am sending the emails. I dont know what might have went wrong. 

    Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

    xyz@abc.com This message is larger than the size limit for messages. Please make it smaller and try sending it again.

  • Are you sending these messages?  If you're not, perhaps they're being sent with forged headers naming you as the sender.  You'll need to try to look at the headers of the original message to try to determine the source, which is likely difficult, but at least prove that you didn't send it.

  • You could change your e-mail address.  Or you could block the source of the messages.

    Except above suggestions, you can also consider using transport rule as a workaround to prevent these emails being sent.
