  • Hi Ashish,

Since you have no direct access to Project Online DB, you cannot migrate the DB from on-prem to Online. Moreover there are no 1st-party tool (from MS) to migrate. Your options will be to do it manually, develop your own tool or buy a 3rd-party tool (FluentPro is the most recognized).

    Hope this helps,

  • I'm not a VBA expert, but I'd say that it would be quite tedious. Moreover, it will just migrate the project plans, not the timesheets, sites, documents, etc...

    Hope this helps,

  • Why not start with what you have to migrate:

    How many projects?

    How many custom fields?

    How many lookup tables

  • There's currently no reasonable way without third-party tool. Microsoft lists e.g. FluentPro. BR, Julian
