  • Hi,

We are simply trying to get our Outlook 365 to connect to more than 10 www.outlook.com mail accounts.

We have spoken with both MS Outlook technical team and godaddy team - the syndicate partner via whom we purchased these licenses. But they both seems to be clueless.

Please could anyone advise how we can resolve it and whether is there any paid service available from Microsoft - which can remotely take control of our laptop and resolve this for us as this is getting extremely frustrating for us.

    Best Regards

    Ricky

  • The default limit in Outlook is 10 Exchange accounts. You can increase this via the Registry or with Group Policy settings. See: Multiple Exchange accounts limit

  • Hi Ricky,

Have you tried the following registry as Robert suggested?

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange
    REG_DWORD: maxnumexchange
Value Data: a number between 1 and 9999

Just manually create the registry key if one doesn't exist. Please let us know whether it works.

    Regards,
    Steve Fan
