  • I can NOT open any files that have attachments and every time I turn on my dell laptop INSPIRON N5050 windows popup files are running that will not close or delete?

    I'm wondering what does it mean by "files that have attachments".
    Please explain its meaning with other words.

    Could you please provide a screenshot about this issue? Please upload it onto OneDrive and share link here.

    Please check if there is any event created in Event Viewer.

    Please try to run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to check system files and recovery corrupted files, here are steps:

    1. Open Command Prompt (as administrator).

    2. Type sfc /scannow, and then press Enter.

    Please try to use clean boot to see if it can work. Here is a link.

    Please also check if the PC is up to date. (Type Windows Update, then select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.)
