  • I need to be able to have the end-users who log onto the Self Service Portal see other tickets that have been opened for their department.

    For example if Manager opens an Incident for a problem, allow Assistant Manager view (edit would be even better) that Incident in the SSP.

    I have seen examples on creating a view inside the Service Manager Console to do this, but nothing for the SSP.

  • I think this is not possible. Because the self service portal is build in a Silverlight framework, to show this, you most edit the source code of Silverlight, but this code is not published.

    Maybe there is a third-party self service portal where you can doing this. (I read recently that this Cireson was working on their own portal, maybe is your challenge possible with their portal.)
