    When selecting a picture from the web to insert through Watermark options, it asks to convert file from selected options. When selecting any of the options, an error occurs while importing the file. Resulting in the prevention of the use of the Watermark option and a problem to obtaining the Microsoft Word 2016 Certification.

    Could you provide the exact error message you got so that we can see whether there is any clue?

    What's the specific build number of Microsoft Word you are using? Could you also provide the detailed steps you used to insert an watermark in Word, so that we can try to build an environment and try to reproduce the issue?
