MOSS 2007 Custom List Form for Anonymous Users RRS feed

    Hi,

    I created a custom list evaluation form for a colleague.  The form will be collecting over 200 replies once it's launched.  Here is a snapshot of the form:


    My colleague does not want to require users to login to submit the form, so I need to make this form available to anyone.  Here is a snapshot of the files - the file called formsubmit.aspx is the form you see above and needs to be open to anonymous users for submission.


    Can someone tell me how to do this?  Again, using MOSS 2007.

    One more thing I want to add to the above thread...

    I found out from another IT colleague that our MOSS 2007 "plan" is set up to have "x" number of licensed users.  I'm not 100% sure what this means but I think it means that the plan allows for, say, 50 licensed users only.  Therefore, when I go into site settings, there are no controls for "anonymous access" settings.  So I guess what I'm interested in here is to see if there's some kind of work-around to make this custom list form be filled out by anyone (without advanced coding, which I'm not great at).
