  • Hello,

    Try re-register all apps and see if it helps.

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    If the issue still persists, try creating a new user acccount and check.

    Hope this helps, Good luck :)

  • Do you have a restore point to go back too from before any of the issues started? Search start for 'restore' (without quotes) open "Create a restore point". Click "System Restore".

    Beyond that can you explain more about the bluescreen issue in case that is related. And when you APP do you mean the modern style ones, News, Weather, Mail etc, or all apps so things like notepad and as well?

    Assuming you meant Windows 10 RTM version 10240.

    Any reason you are not yet updated to 10586 ?

    Maybe, just maybe, updating to the current version 10586 will put you back to a proper working order ?
