Hello
We are trying to get MOC to dial out to a Cisco IP phone and vice versa.
Here is our setup:IP phone--->CUCM--->Cisco ISR---> Mediation Server--->MOC
The ISR strips the + before sending to CUCM
When we dial from MOC, we see in the mediation server log:
>>>>>>>>>>>>Outgoing SipMessage c=[<SipTcpConnection_2BDA441>], MediationServerIP:61771->X.X.X.X:5060

The phone rings but as soon as we pick it up, the call disconnects.
Please can someone guide what may be the issue on Cisco side?

Hi Abdul,
Here is a blog post that may help
http://voipnorm.blogspot.com/2008/12/ip-ip-gw-configuration-notes-for-ocs-to.html
Also you can do direct SIP to CUCM 6.1 so no gateway required. The MS document for this can be found here
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/ee862409.aspx
Cheers
Chris

Not sure if you got this working but it sounds like a codec issue.
As the guys have said try removing the Cisco router or if you want to keep the CUBE post the configWednesday, January 20, 2010 10:04 PM
