Can any one tell me how to connect LandLine Phone to Computer

Hi.... Can any one tell , How to connect Land line phone to Computer Using TAPI

The LandLine Phone is connected to modem, and Computer is connected to Modem

is there way to connect to LandLine through that Modem , if Yes then tell me how to connect Land line to Pc.
