Polycom cx600 one way audio RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    any advise to check cx600 one way audio?

    Sfb Client have no one way audio issue but cx600 have one way audio, and it is happen after change to PSTN protocol from TCP to TLS.

  • Hello Mick,

    If you check the Polycom logs it will mostly show that TLS handshake failed due to which we are getting this issue, can you verify the following

    1. Analyze the logs of CX600 with Readlog.exe

    2. Please publish the Root Certificates to the Phone device by following the article
