Skype for Business - Wrong Dial-in number displayed for user RRS feed

  • Hi Folks

    Please help here

    I have a user who is in China and hosted on-Prem, when he tries to dial in for meeting conferences, the dial-in number showed Germany.

    But the Pool that user is located is in China (Hong-Kong), We are SfB 2015 Server

    Anything I am missing here

  • You need to have the correct dial plan configuration to map users and conference numbers to the correct region.

    I have place user on the right dial plan policy as others, but still dial-in number points to other country

  • Hi Shakoane,

    1. If you set your account in another computer, does the issue persist?

    2. Do other users in your organization have the same problem?

    3. Does the issue occur after the recent Office update?

    Please run get-CsDialPlan in the skype for business management shell,check the attribute “DialinConferencingRegion”.
