  I dont knw they just said I need to create sub domain before adding these records..what does it mean? and does it change my configuration or urls?

  Welcome to our forum.
  
  As I am concerned, you could not create subdomain in your organization for adding 4 records in ISP. I suggest you contact your ISP again and tell them that you just add 4 records. If they give you same result that you need to create subdomain, please refer to Shankar’s suggestion to ask to them why you should create subdomain.
