  • Hi Mukesh,

From your description, your mailbox databases have some problems. So, my suggestion is:

<1>Run Isinteg to perform some tests on the information stores and fix some errors, which you can refer to the articles:

Exchange Command-Line Parameters for the Isinteg.exe Tool

Using the Exchange tools ISINTEG and ESEUTIL to Ensure the Health of your Information Store

<2>If the above doesn’t work, you can do a message tracking in the Local Delivery Queue. If emails are get stuck just for few users, you can remove the exchange attributions of these users and then recreate new mailboxes for the users to check. If this situation affects many users, you can try the following.

<3>Restore the database from backup made before you encounter this issue, and then to check.

<4>If the above way still doesn’t work, you need to create a new database, move the problematic users to it and check.

<5>If the above still fails, you need to install new server, move mailboxes to it and check.

If you encounter any difficulties, please let us know.

    Thanks

  • If it's almost dead and you know you have issues, then I'd consider taking a backup of the databases and build yourself a new server.  If you have time, deploy 2010, 2003 fairly old now and mainstream support is finished.

Your databases dont look to good, maybe create another database and move users across to it, backup and start a new deployment.

Restore the database from a backup made before you encountered that
    -1605 (JET_errKeyDuplicate) error.

If you can't restore then create another database and move the
mailboxes to the new database. If you can't create a new database then
install another server into the organization and move the mailboxes to
    the new server.

Once you get that -1605 error the database is probably not going to be
    able to be fixed.

  • I read your instruction, but on your last step you ask me to install new server,

Issue is that i can't install new 2003 server, cause I have failed exchange 2010 environment and it has updated my AD schema to exchangew2010.

  • Install a new exch 2003 server, if there's erxch 2003 already there then you can still add.

Just create another database and move the mailboxes across, be done with it.  More time messing around the higher the chanes or a failure.
