Lync 2013/SFB - Team Calls Cannot Be Answered RRS feed

  • We are experiencing a problem with the Team Call function within SFB.  We had a group of people set up in a team call group so that when one person's phone rings after 10 seconds the calls rings at the desk of everyone within the group.  This was first set up via PowerShell and all looks good, but come to find out there is a problem.  When the call comes in and person X doesn't answer the call then rings the group.  Fine so far.  The problem is when they try and answer the call... nothing.. they pick up the phone and answer buy neither party is heard and the phone call is then going to person X voice mail.

    I have no idea as to why this isn't working.  We have Plycom Lync phones and recently installed the Skype Client on all of the people's computer.  We have also installed BToE in hopes that would help.  No change.  I have also turned off the call forward on a person's phone, removed all of the users in the team call, selected OK, and OK.  Then re-opened Options in Skype and readded the team members (thinking that maybe something was incorrect via PowerShell entry) and turned on the simultaneous ring.  Same results.

    Any assistance is appreciated!

  • Ho much endpoints do you have in your group. The maximum is 20, so if you have more than 20 endpoints, you could have such experience.

    If all the related clients are SFB clients, do the specified group members answer the call normally? Please reduce to the numbers of the group members to one user, can you reproduce the issue?

    If the issue happens on either SFB clients and Lync phones, based on my experience, it would be necessary to capture trace from both client side and server side(Front end server and Mediation server) to track the phone process:
