Citrix Online Plug-in 12.1.44 & internet explorer 8 RRS feed

  • Question

  • L.S.

    Citrix plugin is sequenced.

When I start internet explorer and browse to the specific URL (external company dealing financial stuff) , the message comes up that the client (Citrix)  is not installed on local machine. Ofcourse the citrix is in the bubble....

but what can I do let the internet explorer know that citrix is installed  ??

  • Hello,

You have to start Internet Explorer within the bubble.

  • Hello,

Yes, if virtualizing the CTX Plugin is a must that would be the route togo down.

You could try to replace all entry points to IE - but it would be on your own efforts todo so.

  • Thanks znack, I think it wil be the easiest way (to not confuse the users) NOT to sequence the CTX and install it locally.
