Unable to Upgrade to Outlook 2010

Question
-
I purchased Office Home and Student 2010 and the trial Outlook 2010, trial is over and want to upgrade. I've put in my produce key so many time, I'm frustrated - it starts to configure and then nothing, it doesn't take me to a site that I can pay for the upgrade.
So now I can't send messages, but appear to receive and I continue to get the "do you want to upgrade" and I'm through - as I stated above, I've tried too many times to no avail...
It's even harder to get a response from Microsoft....
