I cannot find any solution to do it. But I know it is possible.
I just need add some new properties in the following menu.

How to add custom document property?
I cannot find any solution to do it. But I know it is possible. ***
It is NOT possible to add to the drop-down list. It is certainly possible to add custom document properties, just not to that list.
However, it is possible to rename the ones that are on that list fairly easily. Find "mapped content control" on this page.

But your custom properties can be inserted into your documents using fields.
First you need to know how to create custom properties in a word document. I suggest you refer to the article from this link:
