  • Follow the given steps in order to create a specific rule in Windows Mail.
Launch Windows mail. From the Tools menu, select Message Rules, then select Mail.
Select the Conditions for your rule, click to choose the conditions you want to control.
Select the Actions you want to perform the rule.
Rule Description (click on an underlined value to edit it), click the contains people link. In the Select People  window, enter the email account user name to be redirected to the new folder, then select Add.
    Press OK.
In the New Mail Rule window, click on an underlined value to edit it, click the specified link.
In the Move window, select the folder where the redirected emails should go, then press OK.
By default, the title of the rule is New Mail Rule #1. To give the new rule a specific name, enter the new name.
    Select OK.
