  • Hi,

I am not sure what does the “watch dogs” you mentioned actual mean. If it indicates Windows Server system built-in tools, such as Performance Monitor, Resource Monitor?

As Performance Monitor, it includes Performance Logs and Alerts, Server Performance Advisor, and System Monitor. It provides a graphical interface for customizing Data Collector Sets and Event Trace Sessions.

Details you may reference - Performance Monitoring Getting Started Guide:

As Resource Monitor, it is helpful for monitoring resource usage in real time, and analyzing unresponsive processes, identify which applications are using files, and control processes and services:

    Best Regards,
