Using IIS ARR 3.0 On Windows Server 2012R2 As A Reverse Proxy For Skype for business 502 error after updating host file

Question

I've Using IIS ARR 3.0 On Windows Server 2012R2 As A Reverse Proxy For Skype for business.
All work as it should but I now adding server to my enterprise pool , I modified the host file on my proxy and I get an 502 error, when I suffer to meet.MYDomain.com
502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.
"
Now from the proxy it looks like it working. the default meet.Mydomin.com is displayed.
Where do I start to troubleshoot this issue or am I missing a seeting with the arr config
