Yes, I know this is an old post, but I’m trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?
Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem. And it is FREE to contract them too
Create an online support request see Gerry’s Blog post.

or call Microsoft CSS. Find your local number for Intune support here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-US/jj839713.aspx
Additionally, you can submit suggestion via the Intune Uservoice site. https://microsoftintune.uservoice.com/

Hi Kalaivani,
I think, you should be more specific about what you are trying to do. if you mean user authorization, technically Microsoft Intune doesn't store any user records. Intune uses Azure Active Directory (AAD Premium if you are using Intune in EMS channel and AAD Free for standalone Intune) to store user accounts. And AAD supports OAuth v2.

Hi Maxim,
Thanks a lot
In that case , wee are trying to create custom application which uses oauth protocol for authorization and this application inturn connects with intune webportal
We have ADFS 3.0 set up and may we know the steps that need to configured from ADFS 3.0 to use oauth to authorize the users in intune (AAD)
Since Oauth endpoint is enabled by defaut in ADFS 3.0 , we require the other steps that needs to be followed to acheive this
Regards,
Kalai
