Email notification workflow based of Library Group User RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hey,

I'm looking into creating a workflow notification that would trigger if a user, who is part of a Library group in SCSM, opens a request, it would create a notification email to specific people.

I've been trying to find how to set the criterias, but haven't been able to determine exactly how to to do it.

    Any insight would be grateful.

    Thank you

  • I think you would need to employ PowerShell or Orchestrator to do this.

  • I agree with Anders it's not that hard to do with some orchestrator magic and powershell. But i don't know how you should do it in a workflow.

  • That's what I figured.
I'll try to build the runbook and go from there.

    Thanks
