LIst all incidents on the portail RRS feed

  • hello !

    Sorry for my bad english i'm french

    I try SCSM for in my company and i have problem with the web portail

    I create user "TECH", put this user in group "resolver of incident" and when i connect this guy on the website the display is like an other person.. It's possible to show list of all incidents on the portail? I have tried a lot of things but no success.

  • In the SCSM Self Service Portal each user can only  see their own incidents and requests (incidents and requests the user is affected user). The SCSM Self Service Portal isn't a "analayst webconsole" to see all work items.

    But there are "analyst webconsoles" available: Gridpro WebFront and Cireson SCSM Web Console.
