Outlook Intermittently disconnecting \ trying to connect to server RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have:
    set the emails up on a different machine and they stay connected.
    updated drivers
    updated Windows
    updated Office
    network reset
    uninstalled and re-installed Office Home and Business 2016
    sfc scan
    created a new Outlook profile
    set emails up on new Windows profile

    Emails have fairly recently move to O365

    Any ideas please?

    Does this issue only occur to one specific computer?

    Have you installed some anti-virus software on this PC? As far as I know, these programs will intergrate with Outlook client. To eliminate it, please temporarily close these antivirus programs and then see if issue continues.

    Do you have cached Exchange mode enabled? We can also switch to online mode to test the results.

    In case this issue was caused by software conflicts, please try performing a clean boot in Windows to check the result.
