  • I have a Dell laptop running Windows 7 64 bit

    About once a week the laptop blue screens.

    The entire error that I see in the event log:

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8800453dba4, 0xfffff880039da640, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 090413-17721-01.

  • Thanks for the advice. I installed the driver (and also updated some other Dell drivers.)  Since the problem is intermittent I won't know if it solved the problem for a few weeks.
