Outlook 2013 missing Organizational Forms Library

    Question

  • I am using Outlook 2013 and Exchange 2007.  Since upgrading to Outlook 2013, if I go to the Developer tab and choose "Design a Form" button, I can only see standard forms and personal forms. When I choose Publish Form As, I no options for "Organizational Forms Library".

    What I'm currently doing is publishing the form to my "Personal Forms Library", and then going to File, Options, Advanced, Custom Forms, Mange Forms, but there is no drop down for "Organizational Forms Library".

  • Hi,

    I'm afraid this is the expected behavior. Outlook 2013 can use forms in the Org Forms library, but can't publish to it. however, we should be able to copy the form to the Organizational Forms Library under File > Options > Advanced > Custom Forms > Mange Forms as the instructions here.

    Have you checked if the Organizational Forms Library is created correctly and you have proper permissions to it?
