  • 1. Turn off Simultaneous ring on all the end points user is signed in

    2. If it still doesn't get disabled , assign a invalid number for your mobile and check what happens

    3. try to move the user to different pool back and forth to get rid of any cache endpoint info in database

    4. check the status of simul ring prior to using sefautil and check , then change it with sefautil

    5. compare the userdump (good and bad) of user from database

  • Hi Jitender Kumar Rohilla,

Welcome to post in our forum.

    Agree with Prashant Bhosle.

As a supplement, would you please tell us did you face the issue before the migration?

Did the issue only appeared on the specific SFB client ?

If so, please try to delete SFB cache files and make sure SFB client with the latest update, then test again.

If the issue persists, please try to check the steps of migrating from Lync 2010 to Lync serve 2013, it’s same to the steps of migrating to SFB 2015

    Hope this helpful to you.
