As a supplement, would you please tell us did you face the issue before the migration?
Did the issue only appeared on the specific SFB client ?
If so, please try to delete SFB cache files and make sure SFB client with the latest update, then test again.

If the issue persists, please try to check the steps of migrating from Lync 2010 to Lync serve 2013, it’s same to the steps of migrating to SFB 2015
