Could you provide more details on the issue you are encountering so that we can fix it more efficiently? What does "the menu counter of incoming emails" refer to? Could you provide a screenshot on this?
Do you use Microsoft Outlook desktop application or another app as your mail client?
What type of email account do you use? Is it an Exchange, a POP or an IMAP account? Can you see the incoming emails if we logon to the webmail interface of your email account?
Does this issue happen the first time you are trying to use this account? Did it work correctly before?
