Network policies "Processing Order" messed up RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am having an issue with the processing order on my NPS network policies.

For some reason there are two "3"s and no "4", so my processing order goes 1,2,3,3,5,6,7 . This makes the two items with the same processing order value to swap places and not stay in the order I set them in (they seem to go alphabetically instead).

Is there a place for me to fix this messed up order? I've tried moving things up or down, but there always seems to be two 3s.

  • Hi,

I've not seen this before, but I think you can fix it by right-clicking the policy that you want to make #4 and then clicking Duplicate Policy. Then just delete the original policy and rename the new one back to the original name. If the processing order for the duplicate policy becomes 8 for some reason, you should be able to still delete the original policy and then move the 8th policy up to 4th place.

Let me know if this works!
