You may use methods provided in this KB article below to fix or re-create user profile.
You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error message

If the issue re-occurs, please ensure Windows systems are fully patched, and disable then uninstall third party applications to test.
In addition, please configure Group Policy to end idle and disconnected RDP sessions to keep the RDS server in a good state.

If the issue persists, please check Event Logs to see whether any clues can be found, terminal services related logs can be found under:
Event Viewer -> Applications and Services Logs\ Microsoft\ Windows.
