Stripping out Winsxs RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a 40Gb C: drive with only 600Mb free space. The biggest directory as usual is Windows at 23Gb an in there Winsxs at 14Gb. I realise that ultimately I am probably going to have to do a reinstall but is there anything else I can do at the moment. SP1 cleanup will not work due to an upgrade (one of the reason I cannot re-install at the moment as it was an "anytime" and I have no media)
