Add hyperlink to signature by gpo

  • Hello!!

    It is possible to add an hyperlink to the user signature by gpo? Nowadays we dont have signature deployed by GPO

  • The easiest way would be to create a transport rule on your messaging system that will add it automatically. 

    You can also refer to this MS article about how to enforce a signature on Outlook:https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/2691977/how-to-deploy-a-default-email-signature-in-outlook. You can do it through GPO.

  • Hi,
    As far as I know, there is no built-in group policy settings to do that. But based on my research, you could use group policy to deploy a script as startup/logon script which is configured to update signature as you request.
