Dell 1735 with Dell 370 Bluetooth Adapter no longer sees adapter after upgrade to Windows 8

Question

This is not the first post with this issue.
I previously had Windows 7 and the Windows 8 Preview edition. Once I upgraded to Windows 8 Professional, my bluetooth adapter no longer is available in the device manager and Bluetooth no longer appears in the Control Panel. I have tried every suggestion and downloaded the new versions of the Widcomm software, the drivers that have been suggested, checked my bios and can't seem to find a place to get the bluetooth adapter to be seen.

web search paste in broadcom widcomm dell 370 windows 10
download 380 bluetooth driver. install file.exe /properties /compatibility with win 7. open install file. error says remove old bluetooth drivers. add remove programs uninstall old bluetooth software. Restarted windows. open install again, switched on mouse, installed showing green progress bar, cancel error at end.. mouse working.
device manager shows Bluetooth drivers in windows 10.
Install adds the entire stack. supports many bt devices. mouse, keyboard, cell phone, etc.
works for 370 and 380 internal cards.
