  • Hi; I have Toshiba Satellite pro A300 I’m facing a problem from beginning when I buy it it’s about a week I’m getting color screen when there’s some load on the laptop and the screen of laptop is frizzing and not respond until I shutdown it from the power and when I try to start the laptop it not logon until I unplug the power cable, I have send it back to the agent and they told me that everything is ok and fixed after I work on it yesterday I get the same problem again, I have update all driver but I’m not sure if this not happened again.

    May I know when the issue occurs, running a specific program or just randomly?

     

    This can be a hardware issue. At this time, please try the following to narrow down it:

     

    1.    Please remove the graphic card and its driver from the device manager and “Control Panel – Programs and Features” completely, reboot the computer and reinstall the lastest version of the driver again.

     

    2.    Please boot the computer to clean boot environment and check the issue.

    3.    You can also boot the computer to Safe Mode to see if the issue persists.

     

    Considering the issue is related to hardware, it is recommended that you contact Toshiba for technical support.
