  • No, you can't.

You are facing a normal phenomenon now. Task Scheduler does can’t open a Store app, it’s by design.

When we create a task, what we can choose are:

    Start a program

    Send an e-mail

    Display a message

Please note, we can only start a program, which means desktop app, not store app, so we can’t open a downloaded store app via task scheduler, even though this app has appeared on Start Screen.

    Regards
