[Case Sharing] Outlook cannot add multiple account when applied MAM policy RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Case Description
Outlook can’t add multiple account when applied MAM policy.

    Analysis
Based on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/end-user-mam-apps-ios. Intune MAM policy doesn’t support multiple managed account in managed app. It will require us to pick up one and delete the other.
    --------------------------------------
When there is a managed account in an application:
If a user attempts to add a second managed account, the user is asked to select which managed account to use. The other account is removed.
If the IT admin adds MAM policy to a second existing account, the user is asked to select which managed account to use. The other account is removed.
