What does "Checked Registry Value" mean?

Are you using Mult Factor Auth?

Running the right veriosn of Outlook 2013 for Modern Auth and enabled in the reg?

  • 1. Check firewall end for user connectivity for O365 ( recommend O365 url and IPs should be allowed)

    2. Client Should be updated with latest patches...

    3. If not success, Check from another PC. You can configure same user from another PC, Then you have to update this PC with latest patches.

    4. Try configure another O365 account using this PC. If you can do that then It's user's O365 account issue.

    5. remove O365 license and save and keep some times(5-10 minutes). Assign again license and check to configure again.

6.If  Everything are fail, use below tool to easily fix your issue(O365 support and recovery assistant)

  • Hi Surendhar.J,

Except above suggestions, you can also try using OWA to access his mailbox and check if any issues. If OWA still does not work, this should be the problem of the mailbox itself, has nothing to do with the client.

  • Hi Surendhar.j,

    1. Please check the user is able to login on OWA portal?

    2. Have you tried to download the outlook client from Office 365 portal?

    3. Have you tried to delete the old XML files or OST which is present under the location

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\microsoft\outlook ? If not, please delete the same.

    4. can you share the auto discover logs for the user with which this problem is coming? You can run the EXCRA test and run the auto discover for the user.

    Cheers,

    Saurabh
