    Hi we do have some virtual servers. When user login on one server then his profile is created on this server. if the 1st server will go down and user login on backup server then he lose his desktop setting and shortcuts. Is there is any way we can save users profile somewhere on the servers or we will built new server for profile and if there will be server down so user will never lose their profiles when they login to backup servers.

    In fact, roaming profile can achieve your goal. Please refer to the following Microsoft KB article for how to configure it.
