Rrecieving duplicate mail from Exchange online RRS feed

  • Hi,

    One of our customer is receiving duplicate mail whenever user from Office365 sends mail to them.

    Our customer is using Lotus Domino and Barracuda as SMTP gateway. They are receiving duplicate mail only from  Exchange online/Office 365 hosted domains. They checked with difference domains hosted in Office 365 as well as other onprem but found that if a user mailbox hosted in Office 365 sends a mail to this Domino/Barracuda gateway then they are receiving duplicate mail.

    Kindly suggest if anyone have faced this problem and way forward to check this...

    Note: Barracuda support team has checked from their end but finding any specific issue with Barracuda.
