Troubleshooting AD Sync Issues in Project Online RRS feed

  • Can anyone point me to the troubleshooting steps to follow to resolve AD sync issues with the Enterprise Resource Pool and custom security groups?

    We verified the 4 AD groups in question can:

    • successfully sync to Office 365
    • The mail-enabled ones are visible in Exchange Online

    Is there anything else we should look at?

  • Anyone have any ideas? I'm guessing not since the ULS logs aren't accessible... Is the only option to reach out to MSFT?

  • In case anyone wants to know. The issue was inactive resources.
