  • Question

  • Hello, I've successfully sequenced photoshop CS6 but seeing a problem with mandatory profiles when we launch the application. The application tries to put a pslog.txt file in the route of the users profile but for some reason on a mandatory profile is not able to? The users are non admins, if they are admins it puts the file in the route of C.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

    Regards

    Ian

  • Hi Nicke, no the file doesn't get created when run on a pc with a local profile and no admin rights but the software works. It's very odd.

So on a mandatory profile, no admin rights the application fails, with admin rights it create a pslog.txt file in the route of C.

We are seeing the same results when locally installed, we have opened a support case with Adobe.

  • Hello,

Is the file created if the profile is not mandatory, and the user is not an admin?
