Lauch permission error on {344ED43D-D086-4961-86A6-1106F4ACAD9B}

  Each reboot I get a launch permission error for the COM server application

  {344ED43D-D086-4961-86A6-1106F4ACAD9B} Apparently the IPBusENum application. How do I remove the IPBusEnum application to prevent this error from happening?
