What is the best way to report bugs and suggest features in SharePoint

Question
-
I have been working with SharePoint in several years.
In my past and present projects i have found numerous bugs and inconvienient behaviours.
To make SharePoint a better product i would like to report those bugs, and suggest changes.
What is the best way to do this?
I have found no open connect project, and opening PSS supportcases for all my issues and suggestions would be to expensive and rigid.

You can post the issue you are having in this forum as Microsoft support people are also part of this forum.
Alternatively, you can try the following link https://connect.microsoft.com/site428/Feedback to report a bug

Wrong answer.
The forum is for technical Q + A and that is what the Microsoft support people in the forum are also here to support.
They are NOT people to report bugs too.
There are two choices
a) post a technical question about the problem you are having.
b) post a report of a bug and watch me delete it as soon as I see it.
The second suggestion you made
Alternatively, you can try the following link https://connect.microsoft.com/site428/Feedback
was the only correct one.
