Office 2016 - Outlook click mail message on group dont open RRS feed

  • I have problem with my outlook client, when click mail message on group dont opening, but open in internet explorer access office 365 outlook account.

    What group do you mean? Office 365 group?

    Are there any errors when opening these messages? You can paste here for further research.

    In case there was something wrong with the offline data file, please recreate it and then restart Outlook to test the result. Reference: Repair Outlook Data Files

    What’s more, please try starting Outlook in safe mode and see whether this issue continues. This helps eliminate if the problem is related to any third party add-ins. To do this, please exit Outlook, press Win key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /safe, press Enter.
