  • Will all of the information that exists on the ProClarity Support page (http://www.proclarity.com/services/online_support.asp) soon be  made publicly available?  I am a consultant in the BI space and it would be nice to be able to search all of the proclarity forums without signing in, as I personally do not have an account, but my clients do, and most of the time they don't know what their customer information is either.

  • We're constantly updating our knowledgebase material, and you can find the existing articles on http://support.microsoft.com.  Just search for "proclarity", or search for a specific question you may have.  If you happen upon the need for some content you can't find, please let us know and we'll be glad to look into providing it.

  • You may be running into a temporary problem.  I just searched for proclarity install and got 46 results.  Here's the link for the results:
