Outlook Web Access Crash - Office 365 RRS feed

  • Question

  • This is the issue we are experiencing with a few users in our environment. We recently upgraded Internet Explorer from 9 to 10, and we also upgraded from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013. This included an update to OWA to the new UI-version.

When the user attempts to create a new email in OWA, a pop-up window appears notifying the user that:

"A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer"
"This program will open outside of protected mode. Internet Explorer's Protected Mode helps protect your computer. If you do not trust this website, do not open this program."
    Name: dw20.exe
    Publisher: Microsoft Corporation
[ ] Do not show me the warning for this program again
